Chris is an experienced litigation funder with nearly 10 years’ experience in the industry. He speaks regularly at conferences, is a prolific blogger and is often quoted in the media on matters relating to litigation funding.
Mark is a chartered accountant with extensive experience in capital raising, M&A activity, and financial modelling. As head of commercial underwriting within Invicta, Mark offers pragmatic financial solutions to matters requiring finance, with the best interest of all parties and in particular the underlying claimant at the heart of any proposal.
Mark enjoys all sports having played football professionally many years ago. Spending time with family and friends takes centre stage although the odd triathlon and venture onto the golf course do occur from time to time.
Michael is a barristers’ chambers chief executive with over 30 years’ experience of successfully generating business in the legal professional services market.
Michael has always adopted a collaborative approach to his business dealings and has generated new opportunities for friends and colleagues amongst law firms and insolvency practitioners Retaining the chief executive role within Ely Place Chambers , but splitting his time with Invicta Capital, provides Michael with a unique perspective including the flow of potential cases through chambers as well as with law firms and insolvency practitioners requiring litigation finance.
